                           The Big Yin

I know when you read this you’ll be saying to yourselves “Does this guy work at all, at all??” Stoker’s Lodge, The Big Yin…in 6 days? Well, I’ll be in The Community Hall in Inch, Co, Tipp on Saturday 13^th…Soooooooooooooo, as the Yin himself would say.

I’d never seen Billy live before. I’ve seen all of the DVD’s and wet myself most of the time. Would he measure up to HUGE expectations?? A huge ask?? I’m delighted to say that he did IN SPADES. He rambled through a maze of anecdote and hit at least three purple patches in a 21/4 hour show….one, a brilliant excursion in a small aircraft in Zambia. His re-enactment of the four-seater trying to get off the ground was the best thing I’ve seen in a long time.

Long may you reign Billy…..still top of the heap in my book.

Meanwhile, I’ll be telling a few stories myself in Inch on Sat, and helping to raise a few bob for the Community hall. If you’re in the neighbourhood………….
